Pantano's Kitchen

Called to tailor a sandwich order (ordered through GrubHub) and they stated they would be able to do it.
Received the delivery pretty quickly and a few minutes later realized one of my order was missing. Decided to call; instantly as the guy heard my voice he knew what was wrong and said he already sent over the missing sandwich and it's on its way. I don't know about anyone else BUT THAT IS EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Just the way that situation was handled, I knew Pantano's prided themselves on great service. Best of all the food was Delicious!

I lovePantano's. I am never disappointed by the the Larry panini. Their fries are perfect. I'll try something new one day. Lol. Hats off to you all. And kudos to the driver who found me and gave me tips on how to get it at my location. This restaurant is THE POSTER CHILD and an inspiration for customer care, professionalism and good food.

Prices seem a bit high even for the amount of salad I got I paid 20$ with delivery just for the salad. Between the surcharge, tip and delivery fee 15$ would've been enough to cover everything and give you a little bit of profit.

Ordered 3 different paninis with fries and everyone was very happy with their order. Food was delicious and arrived hot with sauces on the side as requested. I will definitely order from here again.

I love this Restaurant. I order from here at least once a week. My favorite is the Amigo Wrap. Omg I go to my happy place every time I have it. And the waffle fries are awesome

I rated Pantano's 5 stars because this place is amazing. The food is great, they have a huge variety of stuff you can order, the deliery is always on time, and the orders are correct 98% of the time.

If I had to have 1 complaint, it would be the chocolate chip pancakes I just ordered. I was expecting 3 pancakes with chocolate chips in the batter. Instead, it was 3 plain pancakes with a few mini chocolate chips sprinkled on top and some chocolate sauce. They were still delicious. I can't wait to order from them again.

Excellent as per usual.
The menu is so large that I recommend asking for the paper one once you get your order. You can order from these guys at least 4 times never ordering the same thing twice and always be satisfied. Higly recommended. Keep up the great work.

I love Pantano's...the food is always good, delivered fast and if there is ever any confusion they call you right away and straighten it out.

Delivery people always courteous. Food is always correct, even with special requests. Always good.

The food was delicious, and literally came in 15 minutes. Definitely ordering from here again.
